Smooth experience overall

I booked Meet and Greet Parking at Gatwick and also an Airport Lounge for my trip last month. The booking process on their website was straightforward, didn't have any issues there. Confirmation email came through quickly. On the day, the meet and greet service was efficient; the driver was waiting when I arrived and the car was ready on my return, which was good after a long flight. The lounge was also a nice start to the holiday, pretty standard but clean. Customer support wasn't needed, everything went as planned. Quality of service was exactly what I expected for the price. Would use them again.

Good airport parking

Booked airport parking for Heathrow. Easy to find and use. Shuttle was on time both ways. No problems with the car. Made the trip less stressful.

Worth it for the price

I was looking for the cheapest airport hotel with parking for Stansted and found a good deal here. It included parking for 8 days. I compared prices on a few sites, and this was the best value I could find, even without a specific promo code. The hotel was basic but clean, just what we needed for an early flight. Saved us money compared to booking everything separately. The shuttle service to the airport ran frequently. Felt like a smart buy, definitely got my money's worth for the convenience and price.

Reliable as always

This was my fourth time using Holiday Extras, and they're consistently reliable. I usually book Airport Parking and Travel Insurance. This time, I got long stay parking at Manchester and single trip insurance. The parking process was just as smooth as previous years; the entry barrier read my plate fine. The insurance documents arrived promptly too. I keep coming back because I know what to expect, and they deliver. No surprises, which is what you want when traveling. It's just a dependable service for holiday add-ons.

Decent service, minor issue

I booked an Airport Taxi for my return journey from Edinburgh airport. The booking was simple enough online, and the price was fair compared to others. The driver was there waiting for us, which was a relief. However, he was about 10 minutes late picking us up from the terminal. It wasn't a huge delay, but it felt a bit long after a red-eye flight. The car was clean and the drive home was smooth once we got going. Overall, a good experience, but punctuality could use a little improvement. Still, the convenience outweighed that small hiccup.
